My Beautiful Boy 5/2/83 - 8/28/19

John Mosemann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania College of Performing Arts in Philadelphia, PA in 1984. He played drums in Jazz groups throughout the Philadelphia and Lancaster area. John was known by his peers as an accomplished and talented musician.

After a decade long battle with substance use disorder, Jimmy died from an accidental overdose while staying in a recovery home in Bristol, Bucks County. Jimmy was kind and funny. He loved his friends and family so much. He had an extra special bond with his little brother Justin. Jimmy loved animals, especially cats. He had a definite soft spot for his cats Bat and Nova. He loved all Philly sports teams, a die hard bleed green Eagles fan. One of his favorite memories was attending the Eagles Super Bowl Victory parade with his dad and friends. We miss him so very much, every hour of every day.

Marco Martin Giasullo, my older brother, was a star athlete and an intelligent, smart, funny individual who made everyone laugh.

On July 10, 2021, a light was dimmed in this world. The world got a little darker and Heaven got a little brighter.

Brian Charles Dougherty, 39 years old; Sunrise: October 19, 1980, Sunset: September 29, 2020; Son, Brother, Grandson, Father and Grandfather, Friend. Our hearts ache so much and wish we could have him here.

James McComb was a smart, personable old soul with a heart for people down on their luck. He was the father of 4 boys whom he loved dearly.

Shawn was a loving, kind gentle soul who loved deeply. His addiction started due to trauma he endured in his younger years. I share his story often and have placed a memorial garden in his honor dedicated to all who lost, those who struggle and to show those in recovery they matter regardless of what they have done during active use. The Circle of Hope project in Tuckahoe park. Altoona Pa.

Sean McComb had a heart of gold, a smile that made you smile & always rooted for the underdog. He was the father of 1 son & 3 daughters. His legacy will be as varied as his children.

My son Devon Decker lost his life due to Fentanyl poisoning, and it was very unexpected. He was a wonderful young man and was very protective over his family as well as loyal to his friends.

Austin Joseph Murphy-Legassey was the third born of six children. He was an avid rock climber as a teen. He loved taking on any adventure or challenge. He had the most giving nature. He was a gentle soul who loved with his whole heart. He would go above to make another happy. He was loyal to those he loved. He was a video blogger. He was a momma's boy who loved his momma without fault. He was the best uncle and his nephew's best friend. He made the best sweet tea in the eyes of his nephew. Everyone is somebody's someone Austin was ours. Austin is missed and he is loved.

"Joshua Legassey was a son, brother (older and younger), an uncle, a godfather, and a best friend. He was fiercely protective of his little sister. He was a hard worker starting his first paying job at the age of 14. Joshua was a percussion player but favored the drums. Joshua loved to ride trick bikes. He was smarter then most his age and if something broke he could fix it. He was going to become an engineer and design baseball stadiums. Joshua could light up any room he entered as he was the true king of corny jokes. Joshua was ours and he is loved.

Joseph Michael Sardella, age 24, of Havertown lost his courageous and fierce battle with addiction on August 31, 2019.

Morgan John Bazik was my world and I was his. He dies at 20 years old due to a friend giving him pure fentanyl after being clean 3.5 months.

Stosh was loved by all, especially by me, his mom. He was a devoted family man who always answered his kids' phone calls. The last call he didn't answer. I'll love you forever, Mom

Sam was brilliant, kind and funny. He was a joy to be around and a privilege to know.

Bree loved to cook, dance and sing. She had a beautiful voice and sounded like an angel. She wanted to open her own restaurant some day and planned to call it Packy's Place. Bree also loved butterflies and to snuggle up watching Netflix. She was an amazing aunt to her two precious nieces. She also had a contagious laugh that would have everyone in the room laughing along with her. Bree's hope and dreams were shattered when she passed away from acute fentanyl toxicity. She is missed dearly by her family and friends.

We will always remember Kelsey Blaire Lohr as the caring, sweet, beautiful young woman she was. Although Kelsey's life was cut short on 9/11/19 of a substance use overdose, her spirit, essence and sparkle will remain in our hearts forever. With love, Kelsey's Family💖🌈

I lost my daughter Regine Jacquet to over dose almost 2years I am still in pain. She was so beautiful.

Gehan Abusalah overdosed June 23rd 2022. She was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She worked as a phlebotomist and was in school trying to achieve her certification as a trauma counselor. She was loved by everyone and is extremely missed.

Matty or Hank as his friends called him was a charming, creative musical soul who loved deeply and struggled hard. He is so dearly missed by his ""Ma"", Dad, sister, Mommom and close friends as well as his brotherhood in recovery. His death is senseless and too soon. The epidemic must be halted. Sal was born on April 11, 1984, two months premature. As my sister-in-law stated after his passing ""he came into this world early and left early."" Sal was an absolute beautiful child with a heart of gold. Sal was truly an old soul."" If you met Sal once, you were his friend forever.

Doug was such a special person - so talented and worldly. He was very much loved by his entire family.

This handsome young man is my son Donte M. Douglas he will forever be 33 yrs young. Donte was such a vibrant person who loved to make people laugh and he was a real jockster.

My beautiful mom was found unresponsive on 8/22/21 and for two days, I sat by her bedside and stared the disease of addiction in the face. After a lifelong substance abuse battle, I chose to remove my mom from life support at the age of 54.

In honor of her memory, I will continue on the path of recovery myself and spread awareness about the disease of addiction.

Jeffrey- my cousin but more like my brother- I miss His infectious laugh, that mischievous grin and how big his heart was, how much he loved his mom and me and his family. He is so missed. Hope he is dancing in the sky.

Doug had a huge heart and was very caring towards others. He would always lend a helpful hand whenever he could to help others. He literally took his shirt off his back and shoes off his feet for a homeless man one day. That is how Doug was towards others and he missed by many. Thomas Groves was passionate about everything he set his mind to. He was a talented chef and a great dad to his pups Roxy and Blue. The beach was his happy place. Thomas always made it his mission to entertain those around him and is known to be a goofball among his family and friends. He is missed each and every day.

He took a little piece of me, and a little piece of everyone who knew him the day he died. He was a very giving person, which is why I'm so grateful he was able to donate 6 organs (3 major), so I'm glad he somehow Is still on this earth in some way.

My brother, David Joseph Goldberg, was a positive force, hilarious, smart, a loyal friend, kind-hearted, and loved by everyone who knew him.

Christina was poisoned by Fentanyl and died and is now Forever 25. She was a daughter, sister, mother of two beautiful small boys, and a granddaughter. She is greatly missed!

Spencer, who went by "Izzy", was a bright light in this world that burned out too quickly. He was intelligent, compassionate, interested in learning, and could always make me laugh. His personality was one of a kind, and left an imprint on everyone he interacted with. He is missed by many.

Corinne grew up in Washington, NJ. She attended Community College of Philadelphia & worked as a waitress when she moved to Philly. She wanted to pursue a degree in psychology to use in helping others to succeed. She was fun, beautiful, outgoing, and savvy. She was my best friend growing up, & I wish she could have shook free of the darkness. Corinne was a mother to 5 boys, and leaves behind her mother and partner. Being a good mom was very important to her, and I know she loved her family very much. She will always be missed.

My son was the funniest kid you could have ever met. He loved making people laugh. He would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you deserved it. He played baseball from age 5 and loved to win! December 22, 2019 him and his girlfriend Bri were sold a fake Percocet that took both there lives. My baby was only 16 years old. They both did not deserve this! RIP Eric RIP BRI

My son had just turned 28 years old on April 6th. On May 27th, 2019 he lost his life to an accidental fentanyl overdose. He thought he had legitimate Percs. He left behind 4 siblings, a fiancé, his 21/2 year old daughter and his grieving Mother to carry on. John was a rapper in the West Philadelphia and Upper Darby neighborhoods. He was well known and loved. His nickname was "Hoody". I miss him so much it hurts! Life will never be the same without him.

Eric's greatest accomplishment in life and proudest moment was becoming a father. His daughter meant the world to him and we continue to honor his memory through her.

My daughter Sierra Marie Heinzman was such a beautiful soul, she was always willing to help any living being that needed it, I was so proud to be her mother, She was my shining star. John was the other half of my heart, my soulmate, my partner, my best friend, my husband, my lover. He was the best thing that ever happened to me.

My nephew, Michael Schwegel, died on November 2nd 2022 which is All Souls Day. Mike was a beloved person to many of the employees at the Home Depot on Castor Ave. He would help keep the parking lot clean and helped bring in the carts. Mike was offered a paying job at the Home Depot but he never took them up on the offer. He walked to the beat of his own drum.

My mother dealt with a heroine addiction for over 30 years. Unfortunately she died in her addiction

My Son Dylan struggled with substance use disorder and mental health for years. He is know eternally at peace. I love you Dylan and you will never be forgotten.

Jimmy was the first born of many nieces and nephews. He was a kind and loving young man who was completely devoted to his mom. Jimmy's entire family misses him very much.

Jamie was so kind and so funny. Even in her worst moments in the hospital her mom could make her laugh with her "tomato joke." Jamie spent her last days in my home while receiving hospice care and her loss is felt every day. We do take some consolation in knowing that Jamie is at peace with her brother, Jimmy, and probably creating a ruckus in heaven together.
